A. We only Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Email Money Transfer (EMT). For EMT, please send all payments to info@theprelovedbag.com

 

Q. How can I tell the condition of the bag?

A. We provide full videos showing the interior and exterior condition of every piece so you know exactly what you're buying.

 

Q. Are the bags authentic?

A. Absolutely, we guarantee every bag to be authentic. If you have concerns, please reach out and we'd be happy to confirm the origin of the piece.

 

Q. Where are you based?

A. Ontario, Canada.

Q. Do you have a store front?

A. We are online only.

Q. How much is shipping?

A. Shipping within Canada is $20. International shipping calculated at Checkout.

 

Q. Can I pick up my order?

A. No, due to our logistics, we do not offer local pick up.
